How this is assessed
Decision framework with five worked casesSubmit a reusable framework — the criteria, how they are weighted, and how a decision is recorded — together with five reasoned decisions applying it. At least two cases must conclude against using AI, and at least one must set a boundary part-way through a process rather than at either end.

Before you submit
- The framework states its criteria and how they are weighted.
- Five cases are worked, drawn from real or realistic business situations.
- At least two conclude against AI, with the alternative named.
- At least one draws the boundary inside a process rather than around it.
- Every recommendation carries safeguards and an escalation route.
- Each case states what would change the decision.
