Terms of Service

1. Service

CareerGateway provides career guidance regarding overseas education. We are not immigration agents, visa consultants, or lawyers, and we are not affiliated with any college, university, or visa company. Our guidance is informational; decisions about which university to apply to, which agent to engage, or which visa pathway to pursue are yours.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to enter into a paid agreement with us. If you are a minor, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf and is responsible for any obligations under these terms.

3. Fees and packages

• Discovery Call: free, 15 minutes
• Discovery Session: ₹4,999 one-time, 60 minutes
• Navigator: ₹14,999 per quarter
• Pathfinder: ₹24,999 per quarter

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees. Payments are processed in United States Dollars via Stripe at then-current foreign exchange rates. Quarterly plans renew automatically unless you cancel before the next renewal date.

Scheduled calls are included as follows: Navigator provides 6 calls per quarter (bi-weekly, 30 minutes each) and Pathfinder provides 12 calls per quarter (weekly, 30 minutes each). Calls must be booked at least 48 hours in advance through our booking system, are scheduled sessions rather than on-demand or daily access, and do not roll over — unused calls expire at the end of each quarterly term.

WhatsApp support is provided for scheduling and brief questions only and is not a substitute for scheduled calls. Navigator messages are answered within one business day and Pathfinder messages within the same business day.

The Discovery Session fee is credited in full toward a Navigator or Pathfinder subscription when you upgrade within 30 days of your Discovery Session. This credit is one-time, applies to the first billing period only, and is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

4. Payment

Payment is processed via Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorise us to charge the agreed amount.

5. Refunds

The Discovery Session is refundable in full within 7 days of purchase if you have not yet attended the scheduled session. For quarterly plans, pro-rated refunds for unused time are available at our discretion if you are unable to continue.

6. What we do not do

We do not write applications for you. We do not provide immigration or visa advice. We do not guarantee admission, scholarship, or visa outcomes. We do not refer you to any university, college, agent, or service in exchange for commission or referral fees.

7. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete information; to attend booked sessions or cancel with at least 24 hours notice; to treat our staff and communications respectfully.

8. Intellectual property

Any roadmaps, written guidance, and other materials we provide to you are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or publish them.

9. Disclaimer

Our guidance is informational only and is not legal, immigration, financial, or medical advice. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including admissions decisions, visa decisions, and your own actions.

10. Limitation of liability

Our total liability to you for any claim related to these terms is limited to the amount of fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in the State of Washington.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. We will refund any unused portion of a quarterly plan at our discretion upon termination.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. We will email you about any material changes.
