Operating guide, owners and next steps.
Write the guide for the person who inherits this and has never seen it. What it does, what it does not do, who owns it, how to check it is healthy, what to do when it breaks, and what the next segment worth automating would be.
Include the things you decided not to do and why. That section saves the next person from rebuilding a path you already found to be a dead end, and it is the difference between a handover document and a manual.
