Measurement
Compare against the baseline you took.
Measure the same things you measured in module one, the same way. Cycle time, error rate, volume handled without intervention. Report the change honestly, including the parts that got worse — new automations usually add a small amount of exception-handling work even as they remove a large amount of routine work.
Where a number did not improve, say why. "Cycle time fell 60% but the approval queue is now the bottleneck" is a more valuable finding than a clean headline, because it tells whoever comes next exactly where to work.
