Module 5 of 6
Personal system
Organise prompts and usage notes.
A prompt you cannot find again is a prompt you will rewrite from scratch, slightly worse, every time. Keep them in one place, named by the task rather than the tool, with a line on what the prompt is for and what it is not for. That last line is what stops a prompt built for internal drafts being used on something that goes to a customer.
Note what failed as well as what worked. The version that hallucinated, the phrasing that produced hedging, the constraint that fixed it. Over a term that file becomes the most valuable thing you take out of this course — and it is the substance of the artifact you submit.
One place, named by task, with what each prompt is not for. Record the failures — they are the useful part.
