Output review
Test claims, calculations, and tone.
Read the output as three separate things, because they fail differently. Claims about the world can be wrong and confident. Calculations can be plausible and incorrect. Tone can be fluent and completely wrong for the reader. Reviewing all three at once is how errors get through.
Build a review pass you actually run: recompute any number that matters, check any named source exists and says what is claimed, and read the whole thing once as the person receiving it. The habit to break is treating fluency as evidence of accuracy. Well-written wrong is the characteristic failure of this technology and it is much harder to spot than badly-written wrong.
