The calendar problem
Scholarship deadlines usually sit before, or alongside, the admission deadline — not after. Families who wait for an offer letter before thinking about funding have already missed most of the pool.
Build one sheet: award name, amount, deadline, documents needed, submitted yes or no. Work it backwards from the earliest deadline. Ten well-matched applications beat forty scattered ones.
