The subject table beats the overall table

A university ranked 180th overall can be ranked 15th in your subject, and that is the number that matters. Employers in a field know which departments are strong in that field. They do not carry the overall table in their heads.

Always open the subject table. If the subject is not listed for that university, that itself is information.
