Two habits carry the whole system. Twenty minutes at the end of the week to look at what happened, move what did not get done, and build the next one. And two minutes each morning to look at the day and decide the order.
Neither is a productivity ritual. They exist because a plan that is never revisited stops describing reality by Wednesday, and a plan that no longer describes reality gets ignored. The review is what keeps it true.
