Prepare six stories, not thirty answers

You cannot anticipate every question, and you do not need to. Prepare six real stories — a success, a failure, a conflict, a thing you led, a thing you learned fast, a thing you fixed. Nearly every behavioural question is a door into one of those six.

Write them out once, then never memorise the words. Memorised answers sound memorised.
