Answer in structure

Unstructured answers wander and the interviewer stops listening. Use a frame: the situation, what you were responsible for, what you actually did, and how it turned out — with a number if one exists.

Ninety seconds is the target length. Practise out loud, because the gap between an answer that reads well and one that speaks well is enormous.
