Disclosure design
Notices, approvals, and accountability rules.
Disclosure is not a legal paragraph nobody reads. It is telling a person, in plain language and at the moment it matters, that a machine was involved and what that means for them. "This first response was drafted by an assistant and reviewed by our team" is honest and takes one line.
Then set the accountability rule, because this is where policies usually go quiet. When an AI-assisted output causes a problem, who answers for it? The answer must be a person or a role, never "the system". Write the escalation path too: what triggers review, who reviews it, and how fast.
