The risk log
What it does well, what it cannot do, who owns it.
Finish with an honest document: what the agent handles reliably, what it handles badly, what it must never be pointed at, and who is responsible when it goes wrong. Name a person. An agent with no owner is an incident waiting for someone to be surprised by it.
Include the numbers you have — volume handled, escalation rate, errors caught in testing. And include the business case plainly: what this saves, what it cost to build, and what it would cost to maintain. Distinction work reads like something a manager could act on, not like a project write-up.
