The two jobs that are genuinely yours

The first is money: total cost of attendance across the whole course, the currency exposure, what the family can support, and what borrowing would actually mean. A seventeen-year-old cannot model this and should not have to. It is the single most valuable thing you contribute.

The second is being the calm one. Application years are long and full of waiting, and a household where one person is not catastrophising is worth a great deal. Neither of these requires you to touch the application itself.
