Doing it in the right order

The order matters because every step queues behind the one before it. Get the transcript first, because everything else is made from it. Translate second. Send for evaluation third, if one is needed at all. Running them in parallel usually means paying to translate a document that then arrives with a correction on it.

Work backwards from the deadline with a real number against each queue: transcripts commonly take two to four weeks, translation a few days to two weeks, evaluation four to eight. Add them together, add a fortnight, and that is your start date. It is almost always earlier than people expect.
