The four questions before you pay

What is the total cost including material, test series and any second-year continuation. What is the refund policy in writing if the student leaves in month three. What is the actual class size, not the advertised one. And who teaches this specific batch — by name, not the faculty photographs on the wall, since senior teachers frequently take only the top sections.

Get the answers in writing. A centre that answers all four plainly is behaving well and is probably fine. Hesitation on the refund policy or on who teaches your batch is the most useful signal available to you, and it costs nothing to test.
