Ask it to explain the same idea three ways until one lands. Ask it to generate practice problems and mark your attempts. Ask it to argue against your essay's thesis so you can see the weak joint. Ask it to turn your reading into a question list you must answer from memory.

Notice the pattern: in every one of these, you are still doing the thinking. That is the whole test.
